DROPBOX 2021 – 2023

On the Growth/Acquisition team, I modernized the Sign In / Sign Up experience and launched new features and products on Dropbox.com. I added site-wide search to experience.dropbox.com and created a Live Events & Webinars experience for Dropbox. I managed 7 awesome Product Designers while contributing to the Dropbox Sign product re-brand.

YPO 2020 – 2021

I improved the Connect renewal experience and re-imagined the YPO Connect website and key experiences on the Connect mobile app for iOS and Android. I built a design foundation for Connect based on new brand standards at YPO. I helped YPO achieve a 95% annual renewal rate despite the COVID pandemic.

OBJECT EDGE 2019 – 2020

I designed a complete e-commerce design system for Chico’s FAS in Sketch app. Freelance UI/UX designers used the design system to create more than 600 site mockups in weekly design sprints. I delivered the entire system in 5 months and supported a full delivery for the site design in 10 months, ahead of schedule.

AMERICAN AIRLINES 2016 – 2019

I launched a completely new seat map experience in 2016 for aa.com, the AA mobile app, and airport kiosks that is still in use today. I created a comprehensive email template system for the delivery of American’s system update emails. I modernized the lost bag delivery experience and replaced American’s partner schedule delivery system and customer service policy database with improved experiences focused on employee productivity.
