Research

I began by conducting a UX workshop for product marketing managers, the Director of Growth, and other product leaders to decide how to effectively position 1Password’s Extended Access Management product line in the website’s information architecture and user journeys. I presented several options to organize products on the homepage, update our pricing and plans experience, and rebuild the primary navigation.

I gained leadership alignment at the conclusion of the workshop and formulated plans for three distinct experiments. These experiments provided critical data on the new product presentation across several areas of the website experience.

What I Designed

I rebuilt the primary navigation for the website, beginning in Figma. I coded clickable fully-interactive prototypes of the new navigation experience using ChatGPT to refine the experience once I had established a clear direction.

I presented several versions of the new information architecture for approval and feedback. I gathered more than 10 rounds of feedback from executives and product leadership before working with engineers to implement the new primary navigation for visitor research.
