At American Airlines we use Sketch as our primary visual design tool. Several platform libraries are hosted on Sketch Cloud so designers have access to the latest versions of visual elements. We also use Axure RP for design prototyping and interactive testing.
Sketch is the primary user interface design tool used at American Airlines for all digital platforms, including desktop and mobile web, mobile app, and self-service kiosk terminals.
You can download the latest release of Sketch from the Bohemian Coding web site. A valid license subscription is needed in order to run the software.

Two widget libraries have been created for Axure RP that contain basic elements of the desktop and mobile web experience on aa.com. These libraries contain many legacy aa.com elements and have not been updated since December 2016.
These libraries are compatible with any copy of Axure RP running on both macOS and Windows.
